I had the privilege as an intern to work on Orbitz's award winning travel campaign, Travel As You Are. An initiative. and campaign that spoke to the underserved community of LGBTQIA+ travelers.
The campaign 'Travel As You Are' set out to create change in the travel industry by making sure LQBTQIA+ travelers' voices were heard.
As an intern, my job was to promote & sustain the campaign on social. Providing useful travel information and educational encouragement for safe travel to destinations around the world.
Repurposing brand assets from the campaign's hero video. I made purposeful digestible bite sized content that created a safe space for travelers and general awareness for LGBTQIA+ travelers around the world.
The sweet spot was to create content that was reenforcing the original campaign's goal, of making the world a safer and more aware place for LGBTQIA+ travelers.
